MANGO SALSA

 

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 large serrano chile, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 large garlic clove, minced
Salt and ground pepper, to taste
Juice of 2 limes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
