NGC 3607 is and elliptical galaxy in the constellation of Leo. At an estimated distance of 70 mly it is part of the Leo I group of galaxies. In the picture above NGC 3607 is the largest galaxy, with NGC 3608 next largest to the left. NGC 3605 is the smaller galaxy to the right, with the much smaller PGC 24407 to the lower left.
